1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking services with Paul’s Lawn & Landscape LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services and Estimates

All project quotes and service estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen property conditions arise, or due to severe market fluctuations in material costs.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Property Access

You agree to grant our crews full access to the designated service areas on scheduled dates. You are responsible for ensuring all gates are unlocked, driveways or walkways are clear of obstructions, and pets are secured indoors. Paul’s Lawn & Landscape LLC is not responsible for missed services or delays caused by locked gates or blocked access. You must clearly mark any hidden underground hazards (such as invisible dog fences, personal lighting cables, or private irrigation lines) not covered by public utility marking services.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a one-time service or regular maintenance visit, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled service window. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, equipment failure, or staffing delays to protect our crew and your turf.

5. Billing and Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via credit card, check, or our digital customer portal. Late payments exceeding 30 days past the invoice date may accrue late fees or result in a temporary suspension of recurring services.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. We use SMS to send you service reminders, scheduling updates, weather delays, and general customer care.

• Opt-Out: You can opt-out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Support: Reply HELP for customer support or call our main business line.
• Rates & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and interactions with our team.

7. Limitation of Liability

Paul’s Lawn & Landscape LLC carries commercial liability insurance. We are responsible for property damage caused directly by our negligence. However, we are not liable for damage to unmarked private underground hazards, natural turf disease, acts of God, or minor cosmetic wear typical of operating heavy commercial landscaping equipment.
