The Same Crew Every Visit

Same faces. Same truck. Same standard. No rotating route stops. No new tech every month who has to learn your irrigation zones from scratch.

A Maintenance Plan That Knows the Yard

We've been maintaining Austin yards since 1998. For our install clients, we maintained what we built. For new maintenance clients, we learn the property once and treat it like our own.

One Phone Number for Everything

Lawn care, irrigation, fertilization, weed control, seasonal cleanup. Call one number. Talk to someone who knows your yard.

Sound familiar?

You Don't Need Another Franchise Lawn Service. You Need a Crew That Treats Your Property Like Their Own.

A different crew every week, different tools, different cut height, different standard.
A maintenance company that damages the hardscape or the irrigation and disappears before the bill clears.
Route-stop service that hits four yards in a forty-five-minute span and yours gets the leftover ten minutes.
Seasonal cleanup that "forgets" the pruning, the bed edging, or the gutter clear.
A maintenance handoff after a new install, to a completely different company that doesn't know where the irrigation zones run.

Most maintenance companies in Austin are running a route. Your yard is one of forty stops that day. We're not that company. We've been maintaining Austin yards since 1998, and most of our maintenance clients have been with us for a decade or more. That kind of retention only happens when the crew actually cares about the property.

The Paul's Lawn Difference

Still the Same Paul. Still the Same Crew. Still the Same Standard Since 1998.

Our maintenance division handles Austin and Hill Country properties from a quarter-acre to multi-acre estates. The crew is in-house. The schedule is reliable. The standard is the same one we apply to our $200,000 installs.

For homeowners who hired us for an install, the maintenance plan is the natural next step, the same crew that poured your slab keeps it level. For new maintenance clients, we walk the property, document the irrigation layout, learn the planting palette, and treat the yard like one we built ourselves.

That's the whole offer. Real care, by real craftsmen, from a company that's been here since 1998.

What's Included

Full property care. One company.

Weekly or Bi-Weekly Mowing

Mow, edge, trim, blow. Cut height adjusted by season. Cleanup before the crew leaves.

Seasonal Pruning

Spring shaping, summer thinning, fall cleanup. Pruning done by hand on ornamental beds, not whipped through with a power tool.

Irrigation Tuning

Quarterly system check, head adjustment, zone audit, leak inspection. Compliant with Austin water restrictions.

Bed Maintenance

Mulch refresh, weeding, edge cutting, light planting replacement. Beds look intentional, not abandoned.

Seasonal Cleanup

Spring and fall full-property cleanup. Leaf removal, bed clear-out, debris haul-off.

Property Care

Hardscape inspection, light masonry repair, gate and fence touch-ups. We notice things before they become problems.

Real Estimates

Real Estimates. Real Properties. No Flat-Rate Online Quotes.

We don't quote maintenance by the square foot on a sign-up form. Every property is different, slope, planting palette, hardscape inventory, irrigation layout, mature canopy. We walk the property, write a real estimate, and quote you a price that matches the work.

Our maintenance service area covers Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Westlake, Rollingwood, Barton Creek, Lakeway, Tarrytown, Dripping Springs, Steiner Ranch, and the Hill Country. If your address isn't on this list, ask, we likely still serve it.

Same crew. Same standard. Same call. Twelve years running.

"Same crew, same time, every Tuesday for the last twelve years. I have never once had to call to ask if they were coming."

Yes. About a third of our maintenance clients are properties we didn't build. We walk the property, document what's there, and treat it like one of our own.

Yes. Our crews are assigned by area and stay assigned. You'll see the same faces every week.

We quote per visit and per property, not by square footage. After a walk-through, you'll have a written estimate for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service.

Yes. Our Fertilization and Weed Control division is separate from mowing-and-trim maintenance, but you can bundle them.

Yes. We do one-time spring and fall full-property cleanups for homeowners who don't want a recurring contract.

We document the work weekly, and the same foreman is on the property every visit. If something goes wrong, we fix it. That's the whole deal, and one of the reasons our clients stay with us for a decade.

Same crew. Same standard. Same company that built the yard or learned it like one we built ourselves.
